Brescia University split a men-women basketball doubleheader Wednesday night at the Sportscenter.

Brescia's men dropped a 74-65 decision.

Hunter Rowe notched 23 points and eight rebounds to lead Brescia in a losing effort. The former Apollo player made 10-of-18 from the floor and 2-of-4 on 3-pointers.

"Hunter is like our X-factor, he's got the ability to score," Brescia men's coach Joe Pechota said.

Bryce Garrett, a former Daviess County player, scored 14 for the Bearcats. Brescia hit 22-of-48 from the floor for 45.8 percent.

It also made 6-of-14 from 3-point range and 15-of-24 free throws for 62.5 percent.

Cameron Lewis scored 21 points to lead Fisk. The Bulldogs made 9-of-15 on 3-pointers.
