Josh comes to Brescia with eight years of coaching experience. He most recently hails from Murray State University, where he was the Operations/Video Coordinator. Prior to this position he was the Head Assistant Coach at Sewanee, the University of the South (TN) for three years.  In addition he was the recruiting coordinator as well as assistant coach at Maryville University (MO) and also spent a year at KIAC member Indiana University Southeast. 

His coaching highlights include mentoring 21 All-Conference selections including three All-Americans and two conference Players of the Year. His teams have led their respective leagues in 26 statistical categories, including six in the top-ten nationally. In post-season play, his programs compiled a .670 team winning percentage.

Josh and his wife Courtney have three children, Haley, Noah, and Avery.

Josh received a B.A., M.A., and M.S. from Murray State University and is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy: Educational Counseling and Psychology from the University of Louisville.
