Men's Tennis Earns #3 Seed in RSC Tournament
OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Brescia University men’s tennis team is headed to the River States Conference Tournament for the fifth time in as many years. The Bearcats finished the regular season 4-8 but solidified themselves as the #3 seed.
OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Brescia University men's tennis team is headed to the River States Conference Tournament for the fifth time in as many years. The Bearcats finished the regular season 4-8 but solidified themselves as the #3 seed.
The stacked men's team for Brescia University sees loads of RSC Tournament experience as four of the six players have competed in the postseason. The Bearcats ended the regular season on a high note following a sweep of IU Southeast and a 5-2 victory over IU East. The team is stacked from one through six and are led by seniors Diego Laguna, Matthew Parsons, and Jose Marino.
Following the end of the regular season, Brescia earned the #3 seed in the RSC Championship and will face #4 Shawnee State. The Bearcat's RSC Tournament match will be played at Wesselman's Tennis Courts in Evansville, IN this Thursday, Apr. 23 at 7pm.
