Track and Field Sets Multiple PBs at Rose Hulman Invitational

In the inaugural season under head coach, Kyle Embry, the young Bearcat squad has brought excitement and competitiveness to the program. BU excelled in achieving personal bests over the weekend in just the second outdoor event of the season.

Men's Results:

• Seth Karnes – 9^th in Javelin Throw 40.43m, 25^th Discus 29.81m, 27^th Shot Put 9.00m, 30^th 100m 12.26
• Braiden Davis – 9^th in Long Jump 5.76m
• Xavi Del Monte – the men's soccer player finished 17^th in the 400m with a personal best of 56.50
• Daniel Aikas – 7^th in 1500m 4:13.94
• Blake Mullins – 21^st in 1500 4:28.30
• Dionte Sweeney – the men's basketball player finished 20^th in the Long Jump at a height of 5.06m
• Treyvon Osborne – the men's soccer player finished 21^st in the Long Jump at 4.86m
• Carrieun Mathis – the men's basketball player finished 22^nd in the Long Jump at 4.76m

Women's Results:

• Michae Harriott – 14^th in 100m at 13.53
• Alliyah Thomas – finished 4^th in both 100m Hurdles (16.33) and Long Jump (5.01m), setting a HCAC record
• Abigail Walker – 11^th in 100m Hurdles 19.22, 20^th in 200m 30.84, both personal bests
• Faith Mpassy – 4^th in 400m 1:03.42 setting HCAC record and personal best, 10^th in Long Jump 4.54m
• Summer Brown – 5^th in 800m 2:51.60
• Lexus McMurray – 8^th in 800m setting personal best of 3:18.18
• Mallory Wilson – 3^rd in 1500m setting personal best of 5:17.31
• Hannah Grosshans – 6^th in Hammer Throw at 32.70m, 9^th in Shot Put at 9.16m setting a personal best, 10^th in Javelin at 19.44m
• Kaitlyn Orange – 5^th in Javelin at 27.85m, 7^th in Pole Vault setting an HCAC record of 2.70m
