Men's Cross Country Competes at RSC Preview
This past weekend the Men's Bearcat Cross Country team ran at the Asbury University Invitational, the site of their conference race. The men ran well considering this was the toughest course they have seen this year. Junior Kyle Robinson led the small men's squad with a time 28:42 finishing 11th and earning a shirt for his accomplishments. The freshman dynamic duo of Devin Roche (31:09) De'Ontae Washington (31:46) finished 34th and 38th respectively.
"I am very happy with where we are. We are off this coming weekend and will put in the hard work needed to have a stong showing come November 4th. All three men ran well today and have placed themselves right where they need to be", said Head Coach Luke Stoffel.
The Bearcats have this weekend off and then will return to the Asbury course on November 4th for the River States Conference Meet. The gun is set to go off at 11:00 EST for the men.
