Bearcats Place Tenth at Brescia Invitational

The Brescia men's cross country team placed tenth at our home meet, the Brescia Invitational, on October 8th at Yellow Creek Park.
Benjamin Brown (JR/Memphis, MI) led the Bearcats with a 41st place finish and a time of 30:36.
Wes Wheatley (JR/Hawesville, KY) was the next athlete to cross the finish line, with a time of 33:23.
The duo of James Barrow (JR/Elizabethtown, KY) and Draven Stewart (SO/Leitchfield, KY) were the next two to complete the 8k race, finishing in 35:08 and 35:50, respectively.
Joseph Tapia (JR/Owensboro, KY), who completed his first career 8k at the Brescia Invitational, crossed the finish line in 40:34.
The Bearcats will be back in action on October 23rd at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
