The Bearcats jumped on the board early as Geneva Hann scored the first goal in the 15th minute of the match to take the lead. Ana Victorica buried her 10th goal of the season in the 28th minute on the pass from Allana Colen Porto. As the Bearcats continued to maintain possession, a foul on Midway awarded BU a penalty kick. Victorica has been the go-to PK taker as she netted her team leading 11th goal of the year. With the goal, Victorica is now tied 3rd in program history (since digital stats became active in 2004) for most goals in a season. Catriona Gray and Allana Colen Porto added to the Bearcats total with the last two goals in the 5-0 win.
The Bearcats will take on Shawnee State on the road this coming Saturday, Oct. 18 at 12pm.
