An impressive season by the Bearcats has made all the difference this year in the women's tennis program. BU has struggled to fill the squad the last few seasons but have turned a complete 180 this year. The hiring of head coach Chuck Brown gave the Bearcats hope to reach this milestone. New additions in Destiny Okinawae and Aisha Merchant, paired with twins Jada and Layla Flakes, have bolstered the women's team. Sofia Guevara and Navaeh Yates also play an integral role in the Bearcats success this season as well.
Following the end of the regular season, Brescia earned the #4 seed in the RSC Championship and will face #5 IU East. The Bearcat's RSC Tournament match will be played at Wesselman's Tennis Courts in Evansville, IN this Thursday, Apr. 23 at 12pm.
