Bio
2011: Currently 8th Fastest Bearcat of All-Time over 5k. She is double majoring in Spanish/English. Embra's favorite flavor of pop-tarts is blueberry.
High School: Competed for Muhlenberg High School in Kentucky. Embra competed at the 2008, 2009, and 2010 kentucky state cross-country championships. In 2008 She placed 110th and helped Muhlenberg South to a third place finish in Class 2A at the Kentucky State meet. In 2009 she placed 150th and helped Muhlenberg to a 12th place team finish in Class 3A at the Kentucky State High School Meet. In 2010 she placed 116th and helped Muhlenberg to a 7th place finish in Class 3A at the state championships.
